A small exhibition on the restoration of the Grade II listed Preston Bus Station is being held in November, featuring a preview of my images of the landmark Brutalist structure.

I recently visited the megastructure as part of a major feature for the next issue of Blueprint magazine, capturing it prior to work starting on refurbishment.

The project, which also includes construction of a new youth centre and creation of a major public space, is being led by architect John Puttick Associates.

Preston Bus Station is one of my all-time favourite buildings, and has largely survived unaltered, its original BDP design intact, down to the signage and clocks.

The exhibition is being held at the London studio of building environment engineer Skelly & Couch on Thursday 10th and Friday 11th November, by appointment.
