RADIO 4 BROADCASTS INTERVIEW ABOUT MY MIDDLE ENGLAND PROJECT

I was interviewed for the new Radio 4 documentary Return to Subtopia which is now available to listen online.  It was broadcast on 7 May as part of the channel's Archive on 4 strand.

A couple of months back, I took Gillian and producer Beaty Rubens to the rooftop of a multi-storey carpark in Southampton, to discuss my project MIDDLE ENGLAND and explain why I was fascinated by Nairn's famous road trip from Southampton to Gretna Green, which formed the centrepiece of his Outrage issue of the Architectural Review in 1955.
